Commemorative booklet which bears the handwritten signature of Heinrich Fehlis who commanded (BdS) the Sipo (Sicherheitspolizei) and SD (Sicherheitsdienst) in Norway during the German occupation. .

Fehlis committed suicide on 11-5-1945 in Porsgrunn (Norway) as he was to be caught by british troops.
