These have been found together as offered and originate from Austria.

1) "Geheim" (secret) announcement to all "Kreisleiter" which warns for enemy radio interference.
Issued the day before the polish border was crossed and WW II was a fact!!

2) "Rundschreiben" (circular) which deals with the lack of discipline among railroad personal
"Streng Vertraulich" (strictly confidential) circular on behalf of "Gauleitung Steiermark"

3) "Anordnungen und Richtlinien für den Einsatz des Ortgruppenleiters im Kreige" (guidelines for "Ortgruppenleiters" on wartime mission)
